1. What we ship
We ship selected products ordered from BhoomiSeva and BhoomiAahar, run by HCF Tech Services Pvt. Ltd., such as oils, powders and farm inputs. Pre-booked season baskets are delivered when the season's produce is ready, on the schedule shared when you book.
2. Processing time
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 72 hours of being confirmed, unless we tell you otherwise.
3. Delivery time
We work with courier partners, and delivery usually takes 3 to 7 days. Weather or logistics problems can cause delays; if that happens, we keep you informed.
4. Where we ship
We currently ship only within India. Some products may have limits based on their size, weight or destination.
5. Shipping charges
Charges depend on the weight, size and destination of your order, and are shown before you pay.
6. Tracking your order
When your order ships, we send you the courier's tracking details on WhatsApp or by email.
