The BhoomiSeva Centre of Excellence brings together the best minds, proven technologies and respected institutions. Its R&D farm at Walki, Ahilyanagar, is where every protocol is tried on our own soil first, and where the people who guide farmers are trained.
Why a Centre of Excellence
We did not reinvent what already works.
India already has world-class science: decades of bio-input research, certified soil-testing methods, and agricultural universities with long field records. What the farmer lacked was one system that put it all to work on his acre.
The Centre of Excellence is that system's workshop. It brings the science of our partners together, turns it into crop-wise protocols a farmer can follow, and tests them in the field before they are recommended.
Every protocol, every training module and every Kendra process goes through the Centre first. Only what works on our own farm goes out to yours.
What the Centre does
Three jobs: prove, train, show.
Prove
Protocols are tried on the R&D farm, crop by crop and season by season, with soil and leaf tests recorded at every stage.
Train
Kendra operators, field officers and BhoomiRakshaks learn the protocol, the soil test and the season record here before they guide a single farmer.
Show
Farmers, partners and institutions walk the plots and see the difference for themselves, instead of taking our word for it.

A protocol reaches a farmer only after it has been through the same five steps on our own soil.

Test the soil first
A Bhu-Vision soil test and Soil Health Card for every plot, before anything is sown.

Plant side by side
The protocol plot is grown next to a plot on the usual practice, so the comparison is fair.

Record every stage
Root, leaf, soil and water layers applied on schedule, with leaf tests and field notes at each crop stage.

Measure the harvest
Yield and quality measured at harvest, and the soil tested again to see what changed.

Refine and release
What we learn goes back into the crop protocol and the Kendra training, before it reaches farmers.
