Every protocol follows the same six-step loop, run by the BhoomiSeva Parivartan Kendra and its agronomists.

1 · Diagnose
Your Soil Health Card shows what the soil has and what it lacks.
2 · Prescribe
The Shri Mantra Protocol is written for your crop, your soil and your season.
3 · Educate
You are trained on what to apply, how to apply it and why.
4 · Implement
Each input is applied at the right crop stage, with reminders from BhoomiSathi.
5 · Monitor
Field visits and a leaf test check crop health, and advice is corrected in time.
6 · Measure
Yield and quality are recorded at harvest, and the soil is tested again.

Inside the root layer

Complete NPK activation in 6 mL an acre.

Shri Sutra, the root layer of the protocol, uses Warkem's 2 mL nano biofertiliser technology: three 2 mL vials give one acre complete biological activation of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. Conventional biofertilisers need 500 mL to 2 litres, or 1 to 5 kg, for the same acre.
