What we collect, and why.

1. Who we are

This website is run by HCF Tech Services Pvt. Ltd. under the BhoomiSeva brand (“BhoomiSeva”, “we”, “us”). Our office is at AIOCD, 6th Floor, Corporate Park-II, V.N. Purav Marg, Chembur, Mumbai 400071. This policy covers bhoomiseva.com and the conversations that start from it.

2. What we collect

Details you choose to send. When you fill in a form on this website, WhatsApp opens with your details and you send the message yourself. We receive what you send, usually your name, mobile number, district and what you need.
Messages and calls. When you contact us on WhatsApp, by email or by phone, we receive what you share, such as your crop, land, questions or documents.
Services you sign up for. If you register as a farmer or partner, book a soil test or place an order, we collect what that service needs, such as field and soil details, a delivery address or payment status.
Basic technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider may record standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.

3. What this website does not do

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other websites. The Listen button uses your own browser's voice to read text aloud; nothing is sent to us. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.

4. How we use your information

To reply to you and deliver the service you asked for, such as soil tests, registration, orders, buyback or partner onboarding.
To connect you with your nearest BhoomiSeva Parivartan Kendra, chemist or partner.
To send updates you ask for, such as articles, videos or season news. You can ask us to stop at any time.
To improve our services, and to meet our legal obligations.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We share it only as far as needed:

with your nearest BhoomiSeva Parivartan Kendra, chemist, or District or State Partner, so they can serve you;
with ecosystem partners who deliver part of the service you chose, such as soil testing, inputs, insurance, finance or buyback, with your consent where the law requires it;
with service providers who help us run our systems, such as messaging and hosting, under confidentiality;
with authorities, when the law requires it.

6. WhatsApp and other websites

When you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp processes that message under its own privacy policy. Links on this website to other websites are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.

7. How we protect it

We use reasonable security measures and limit access to the people who need it to serve you. No system is completely secure, so please tell us at once if you think your information has been misused.

8. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was shared for, or as long as the law requires. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

9. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you can ask us to:

show you the personal information we hold about you;
correct or update it;
erase it, where we no longer need it;
stop using it, by withdrawing the consent you gave. This does not affect what was done before.
record a nominee who can exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to act.

Site suggestions. If you use “Contribute to site improvement”, we store your name, WhatsApp number, organisation (if given), the page you were on and your suggestion, only to review it and to contact you about it. It is not shown publicly. You can ask us to correct or delete it at any time using the contact details in this policy.

To make any of these requests, or to raise a grievance, write to info@bhoomiseva.com or message 95112-44414. Our designated officer for personal data will respond within 90 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

10. Children

Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
