PREVIEW — internal stakeholder review only · not for public circulation

For the BhoomiSeva team · Kendra Studio

Plan a Kendra before the first seed is sown.

Enter where the Kendra is and which city it will feed. Get where to enrol farmers, which farmers to enrol, how the basket travels, and ready-to-send requests for Warkem and AIOCD.

What every report answers

Five questions, answered for one Kendra.

The same report every time, for every new Kendra, so the team and the operator work from one standard.

Where

Villages with water all year

Strong belts and watch areas for the district, a village list from the Kendra’s PIN code, and the 7-point water test to confirm each farm.

Who

The farmers to enrol

How many anchor, reserve and partner farmers, what each must have, who to turn away, and how many to shortlist.

How many

Farms for the families

One irrigated acre for every 50 families, with a reserve and a village spread so one dry source cannot sink the supply.

How it travels

Logistics to the city

Distance, time, route timing, baskets per crate, vehicle type, dedicated against shared, and cost per basket with a clear verdict.

Who to ask

Warkem and AIOCD

Letters and WhatsApp texts asking both for farmer leads, field verification and chemist booking points, in the Kendra’s own words.

How it works

Enter, read, send.

  1. EnterKendra PIN code and village, the supply city, families planned, and the route if you know it. About five minutes.
  2. ReadA verdict on water and farmers, a verdict on logistics, and the numbers behind both.
  3. SendDownload the report. Send the operator brief on WhatsApp in English or Marathi. Send the letters to Warkem and AIOCD.

Two ways to run it

Start instant. Go deep before you commit.

Both use the same logic and produce the same report layout. Every team member with Claude access can run the deep version.

Paste this into Claude for the deep version

Fill the blanks, or paste the inputs from the Plan page. The skill asks for anything missing.

The team’s role

  • A team member runs the report and checks it.
  • The Kendra operator receives the brief and the report.
  • The report is the standard for the Kendra’s first 16 weeks.
  • Warkem’s Chief Agronomist is asked to ratify the screening norms.

The rules behind the numbers

Written down once, used for every Kendra.

Planning rules in the report

  • One irrigated acre carries 50 families: about 200 kg a week, 4 kg of each 6 kg basket. Partner growers supply the other 2 kg.
  • Anchor farmers are paid one Acre Rate of ₹30 a kg for every vegetable plus a ₹4 Harit Bonus, every week. Partner growers are paid the buyback price, mandi +10%.
  • Demand is booked first. Farmers sow only for families that have blocked their money.
  • Reserve farms equal 20% of anchor farms, never fewer than one.
  • Three family baskets go in one 600 × 400 × 300 mm crate.
  • Logistics target is ₹45 a basket, about 11% of a ₹399 basket.

What the team can change

  • Basket size and price, delivery days, homes per drop point.
  • Road distance, drive time, tolls and ghat sections, from Google Maps.
  • Diesel price, hire-rate multiplier and the cost target.
  • Partner-grower share and reserve percentage.
  • All reference data sits in one file, so the rate card and district notes are updated once for every report.

District water notes are starting points drawn from public irrigation and groundwater patterns. They are not field-verified. The 7-point test on site decides every farm.
