Farm Visits · Harit Kranti 2.0
People meet BhoomiSeva through someone they already trust — a core team member, a Kendra operator, a contributor. The meeting goes well. What decides whether anything happens next is whether the group becomes a Visit Circle: one WhatsApp group, one reference number, one lead person, and a farm visit with a date on it.
Two directions
Seeing is what converts. A farmer believes the protocol after standing in a field that is already on it; we commit to a project after walking the land ourselves.
Direction 1 · They come to us
A group visits a BhoomiSeva farm, the R&D farm at Walki, a hydroponic unit or a working Kendra. They meet the farmer, not the brochure.
Direction 2 · We go to them
An agronomist visits the farm, reads the soil, checks the water, and files a report with a readiness score. Only then do we name a project.
The Visit Circle
The Circle ID is issued the moment a meeting is logged. Every form after that quotes it, so the meeting, the attendees, the visits, the farm details and the decision stay joined up — on WhatsApp and in the tracker.
A core team member or contributor brings a group to meet the BhoomiSeva CEO. The business model is explained; interest is shown in one or more parts of the ecosystem.
Owner: the person who brought the group — the lead
The lead logs the meeting. A Circle ID is issued — VC-261017-4821 — and the lead creates the WhatsApp group named BS Circle · VC-ID · place, adding every attendee and the BhoomiSeva desk number.
Owner: lead · Form: Log a meeting
The summary and the agreed actions become the first message in the group, pinned. Every action has a name against it and a date. The next meeting date is fixed before anyone leaves.
Owner: lead · In the WhatsApp group
Most circles ask to see a farm first. The lead shares the visit form; the desk confirms the date, the site and the location pin, and tells the host farm who is coming.
Owner: lead and desk · Form: Visit a BhoomiSeva farm
This is where a circle usually stalls, so it is the one step we make easy: ten minutes on a phone, the pincode filling in the village, photos sent in the same WhatsApp chat, and the Circle ID carried over automatically.
Owner: the farm owner · Form: Register your farm
Land, water, soil, access and the owner's own commitment are checked in person. A soil sample is drawn. The report is filed before leaving the farm and scored out of 100.
Owner: agronomist · Form: Visit report
The report names the recommended project, the area to start with and what has to be fixed first. The CEO approves, the circle is told in its own group, and the farm enters the season calendar.
Owner: CEO approval, then the Kendra and the agronomy desk
For the lead person
The CEO's meeting creates interest. Only the lead converts it. Two short lists, and the group naming rule that keeps the tracker readable.

Every reason we go to a farm
A visit is never only a courtesy call. Each one has a purpose, a thing we carry back, and an owner. Choose the purpose on the farm registration form and the desk routes it to the right team.
| Why we visit | What we carry back | Who owns it |
|---|---|---|
| First assessment after a meeting | Readiness score and a recommended project | Agronomy desk |
| Soil sampling and Soil Health Card | Soil sample, 45-minute test, Soil Health Card | Soil testing team |
| Shri Mantra Protocol start-up | Application schedule for root, leaf, soil and water | Kendra and agronomist |
| Companion cropping plan on site | Shri Sahaj crop combination for the plot | Agronomy desk |
| Crop problem call-out | Diagnosis, spray or correction, follow-up date | Field agronomist |
| Season monitoring and verification | Stage-wise record that keeps buyback valid | Monitoring team |
| Harvest estimation and buyback planning | Expected quantity, grade and lifting dates | BhoomiAahar supply desk |
| Shri AnnaSeva Farm layout survey | One-acre plot layout and crop calendar | Agronomy desk |
| Hydroponic, polyhouse or farm pond survey | Site measurements and a cost estimate | Projects team |
| Candidate premises for a new Kendra | Feasibility inputs for the Kendra Studio report | Kendra rollout team |
| Farmer enrolment drive near a Kendra | Farmers enrolled towards the Kendra's 300 | Kendra operator |
| Harit BhoomiGram village visit | Village readiness and the Gram Pravartak's own plot | Outreach team |
| Initiative verification | Field verification report and evidence grade | Initiatives desk |
| Training or demonstration host evaluation | Whether the farm can host farmer batches | Training team |
| Investor or lender inspection | Independent confirmation of what was presented | Core team with the partner |
| Export or residue compliance sampling | Samples and records for the buyer's protocol | Export desk |
| Drone service demonstration or trial | Spray or mapping trial result for the plot | Drone partner with the Kendra |
| Traceability audit of a supplying farm | Confirmation that the produce matches the record | Monitoring team |
The farm registration form carries all eighteen as options. Initiative verification has its own form under the Initiatives Network, and a Kendra premises visit continues in the Kendra Studio — both are linked from this menu so nothing is filled twice.
Everyone who asks to see our farms
An investor and a farmer walk the same field and need to hear two different things. The visit form asks who is coming so the host is briefed properly before they arrive.
| Who comes | What we show them | What usually happens next |
|---|---|---|
| Farmer or farmer group | A field already on the protocol, and its records | Soil test booked, farm registered |
| Landowner or farmland investor | The one-acre model and what an acre earns | Farm registered for an assessment visit |
| Investor, HNI or CSR team | The governed loop end to end, with the numbers | Proposal, then a second visit with their advisors |
| Bank, NBFC or finance partner | Soil testing, buyback and the Kendra network | Diligence note, then a farmer financing pilot |
| Chemist or AIOCD channel partner | A Kendra working with its farmers | Kendra enrolment |
| Prospective Kendra partner | A company-owned Kendra, start to finish | Kendra feasibility report |
| District or State partner prospect | Warehouse-to-Kendra delivery and the season plan | Partner proposition and term discussion |
| FPO, cooperative or SHG delegation | Group aggregation and buyback in practice | Member farms registered together |
| Consumer or BhoomiAahar family | The farm their basket actually comes from | Pre-booking, and they bring other families |
| NRI or diaspora family | The acre blocked in their name | Shri AnnaSeva Global enrolment |
| Technical or manufacturing partner | Field trials and the R&D farm | Trial protocol agreed |
| Agriculture college or student batch | Soil science, protocol and the Kendra model | Training batch, and recruits for the field team |
| Media, influencer or content creator | Farmers speaking for themselves | Coverage, with the desk's consent record |
| Outreach volunteer or Mitra | What they will be describing to others | Volunteer onboarding |
Where your details go
Every form ends as a ready-to-send WhatsApp message with a reference number. Photos, soil reports and documents go into the same chat. That message is the record.
The same details are written to the BhoomiSeva tracking sheet at the same time, one tab per form, all joined by the Circle ID — so no visit, action point or follow-up quietly disappears.
Farm and contact details are used by BhoomiSeva and its project partners to assess your land and plan your project. You can ask the desk to correct or delete them at any time.
