Fill this within 24 hours of a meeting with the BhoomiSeva CEO. It issues the Visit Circle ID, records who was in the room and what was agreed, and gives you the WhatsApp group name to create.

- The Circle ID comes back on screen — put it in the group name
- Add every attendee with a mobile number, so the group can be created
- Goes to WhatsApp 95112 44414 and the Circle Tracker
- Paste the same text as the first message in the new group, and pin it

Now send the photos in the same WhatsApp chat
In WhatsApp, tap the attach (clip) icon, choose Gallery or Document, select the files and press Send.
What happens next
- Create the WhatsApp group with that name and add every attendee and 95112 44414.
- Paste the message you just sent as the first message in the group, and pin it.
- Share two links in the group: visit a BhoomiSeva farm, and register your farm.
- Report action status in the group every week until a project is selected.
