A message from our CEO
Choose the harder right.
Dear BhoomiSeva family,
I want to share something with you, not as BhoomiSeva's CEO, but simply as someone who has chosen to walk this journey with you.
Over the years I have learned one thing: meaningful work is rarely the easiest work. The work that truly makes a difference demands patience, courage and perseverance, and sometimes the strength to continue even when nobody is watching.
That is why these words have stayed with me:

I want all of us at BhoomiSeva to live by this.
There will be moments when a shortcut is tempting, when things don't move as quickly as we want, and even moments when we wonder whether our vision of Harit Kranti 2.0 is too ambitious.
When those moments come, remember why we started.
We are not here merely to create another company. We are here because India's farmer deserves better, our soil deserves better, and the generations after us deserve healthier soil, healthier food and a healthier future.
Each one of you has become part of that journey. I may have the responsibility to lead BhoomiSeva, but the mission belongs to all of us.
I ask three things of each of you:
- Do what is right, even when it is difficult.
- Take ownership, even when nobody asks you to.
- Never stop believing that your work can make a difference.
Don't just wish for change. Be the backbone that creates it.
Together, let us make Harit Kranti 2.0 not just an idea, but a movement that future generations will remember.
