Be the guardian of your area's soil.
A BhoomiRakshak is the field champion for a cluster of farmers. You walk their fields through the season, catch problems early, and make sure every farmer's protocol turns into a better crop.
The name says it
Bhoomi + Rakshak: the protector of the soil.
Problems caught in the field in weeks, not at harvest. That is the difference one trained person in the field makes.
What you do
The eyes and hands of the Kendra in the field.
Soil sampling
Collect soil samples from farmers' fields during the season's testing drive.
Farmer onboarding
Help farmers register and understand their Soil Health Card and crop protocol.
Field walks and checks
Scheduled visits to every field in your cluster, checking that the protocol is followed.
Growth-stage records
Log crop stage, inputs applied and photographs on BhoomiSathi, field by field.
Leaf analysis
Sample leaves with Warkem's team so nutrition can be fine-tuned before flowering.
Early corrective advice
Flag deviations and pests early, and help with harvest estimation for buyback.
