The Acre Rate is fixed once a year, before Kharif. The Harit Bonus is your 5% share of what the family pays, earned when you deliver your weekly list on time and in good grade. Your weekly money is simple to check:

Your Soil Health Card is checked every season. Shri Mantra rebuilds carbon, microbes and water holding. Healthier soil grows more vegetables, so we tag more families to your acre, and every extra family is extra weekly money.

A healthy acre feeds 50 families: about 200 kg of vegetables every week.
Year 1 is the soil's transition year, so we start you at 35 to 40 families and add families as your soil score and weekly delivery prove out. You never earn less per kilo; you earn on more kilos.
Supported by 50 families
Your own fifty families. They know your name, and they have already paid.
Families join through their housing society, their vegetable shop or their trusted chemist. Their money is blocked in a bank escrow before you sow, so the buyer is fixed before the seed goes in. Each week they get your vegetables, harvested the day before, with pooja flowers from your own plot as your thank-you.
